Empowering Children, Enriching Lives (HCC Food Pantry)
November 2025 - April 2026

Although Howard Community College (HCC) is located in a high income community, there is a dire need for support of students for rent, food/ daily meals, and aid for tuition. At least 30% of the enrolled student population both undergraduate and graduate, come from low income families. The goal is to help with nutritional needs by purchasing needed items and stocking the HCC Food Pantry ("Fueling Dragons"). Club Rotarians select sources, purchase items, package them, and stock the pantry in person. All club members are involved.

The Club will make several monthly purchases for a total combined amount of $4,000 starting in December 2025.
